Well ~pikachumasterfriends tell me if I could draw a pic of Kiru Glowing and well I did this little pic and animate it.
I like it LOL It looks better than I thing xD

I lv the eye, I tried to do it like pikachu eyes but with more white *shot* º3º

Time Spend: 15 min. I think :?
